  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, components, and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection or Shipping

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier point or schedule a collection for larger furniture items through our logistics partner.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
